Dear Graduating Students,

Congratulations on your graduation! As the university takes COVID-19 situation and your health into account, by your authorization, diplomas can be issued for mailing as to avoid coming to campus, which can lower the risk of transmission. Please submit the Authorization Form for Diploma Release and Mailing Application Form (Within the Student Information System, under Registration/ Graduation, select Authorization Form for Diploma Release and Mailing Application Form/Inquiry.) from the University-leaving Procedures.

Mainland Chinese students can authorize the Mainland China Education and Exchange Division to ship by S-F Express, to be sent as Collect On Delivery.

International students can authorize others for retrieving their diplomas and assisting in processing verification of academic credentials.
